$8,000+, dependant on vehicle and specifications required. Basic small car conversion using lead acid batteries with good performance - approx $15,000.
2 How far will it go?
Average of up to 50 km's for a lead acid battery powered vehicle. Up to 200 km's with Li-Ion. Additional batteries will give further km's.
3 Can I use Lithium Ion batteries?
Yes. There are different types with different battery management systems. Estimated life spans of up to 10 years. However higher costs are involved.
4 Where can I buy an electric car?
We will be posting available electric cars for sale and are currently starting batch conversions of small vehicle for sale and also in kit form.
5 How long will it take to convert my car?
Conversions on unique cars could be completed within 2-4 weeks, dependant on availability of products. In the future standardized conversions could be converted within a week, depending on suppliers.

8 How fast can an electric car go?
Depending on type of conversion, the electric motor can outperform the original petrol engine.
9 How long will the batteries last?
Quality lead acid batteries would least 5+ years - if maintained properly. Li-Ion batteries up to 10 years (according to manufacturers estimate).
10 Can I keep my power steering and air conditioning?
